We will set the foundation for your journey by clarifying your vision for health, balance, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll explore how mindset shapes your hormones, habits, and energy, and how shifting your perspective can create lasting change. Nutrition & Intuition 

We dive deep into how nutrition, gut health, and supporting the body plays a role in your intuition and inner self. We'll talk about the link between following your gut and supporting your gut microbiome using foods, lifestyle hacks, and even supplements. We will explore the link between how what you eat (or don't eat) is influencing you to feel stressed & stuck, and how to overcome this block.

 Emotions & Feelings 

This topic centers on understanding and navigating the full range of human emotions, with special attention to the challenges that arise in between back to school and the start of the holidays. We'll explore the connection between alcohol and emotions, the impact of anxiety and depression, and the tendency to move into self-criticism during stressful times. The focus is on cultivating compassion, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Participants will learn to develop grounding practices and emotional toolkits, both preventative and responsive, for moments of stress, grief, or triggers. Together we will slow down with a yoga nidra practice. This topic empowers participants to find calm, connection, and self-kindness without relying on alcohol.

 Hormones & Balance

When it comes to finding more balance in life, we can tune into the natural ebbs and flows within our own hormonal systems. We'll address sex hormones, stress hormones, hunger hormones, and metabolic hormones, and how to harness their power to create more balance. This influences your body, brain, mood, mind, relationships, and more. You'll learn how to adjust your internal sails to the inevitable winds of change.
